Project Management Approach

Our Technology Capabilities

WPS leverages advanced technology tools to streamline and enhance collaboration throughout project planning, design, and execution—many of which we use in real time with our clients.

We utilize CET for space planning and product visualization, AutoCAD and Revit for precise three-dimensional drawings, and Smartsheet to manage timelines, tasks, and collaboration across all stakeholders. PlanGrid supports efficient handling of construction documents, while Bluebeam facilitates detailed markups, drawing reviews, and clear communication between project teams and clients.

We also utilize additional software programs as needed to best support project-specific requirements. By integrating these technologies into our collaborative process, we deliver efficient, accurate, and visually compelling solutions tailored to each project.

Post Installation + Warranty

Day 2  |  Service

Workplace Solutions offers a variety of services that are available by request or as part of a long-term service contract. These services are part of our standard offering associated with product purchase, planning, and design.

Our design team maintains current floorplans to easily address reconfiguration and additional product requests. We pride ourselves on keeping up-to-date project files with all products purchased to support a wide range of future requests.

WPS partners with manufacturers that provide extended warranties. If a warranty claim arises, our team quickly handles all steps from reporting the damage, reordering all necessary replacement parts as well as managing the tracking of the replacements through installation.

Project Execution Plan

Summary of Experience

Working on active job sites requires quick adaptation to changing conditions—noise, dust, shifting schedules, and tight deadlines are all part of the environment. Our team has 30+ years of experience managing installations on active job sites, often requiring heavy coordination with multiple trades and vendors; navigating challenges while keeping safety and efficiency top of mind.

Our approach to working in an active job site is summarized
as follows:

01 | Coordination

We work closely with general contractors, electricians, IT vendors, and other trades to ensure the installation process fits seamlessly into the broader construction schedule. When last-minute changes arise, our team adjusts promptly, revising staging plans and shifting manpower to keep the project moving forward without disruption.

02 | Installation

Furniture deliveries and installations are planned to minimize site congestion. Installers follow strict safety protocols to protect both workers and products, ensuring everything is handled and assembled correctly in an active environment.

03 | Communication + Problem Solving

Clear, daily communication is the foundation of our job site management. Our onsite supervisor provides real-time updates to clients, contractors, and vendors, helping anticipate issues and resolve them quickly. Flexibility and focus allow us to keep projects on track and meet expectations, no matter how hectic the job site becomes.
